There is a special passage at the left side of the HKCEC Harbour Road Main Entrance leading directly to the Children's Paradise at Exhibition Hall 3F & 3G. After obtaining the requisite tickets, each child may be accompanied by two adult family members to the venue.

Visitors to Hong Kong could purchase ticket at special price (HK$10) upon presentation of valid travel documents at the special "Tourists’ Counter" at the Habour Road / Expo Drive HKCEC entrance and enter the venue via a special passage to save waiting time.

Visitors who have lost contact with their family members or friends may go to the lost contact gathering spot which is positioned at Exhibition Hall 1A, 3B (next to New Book Release Presentation) & 3F near the Fair entrance.

Visitors who enter before noon may obtain a "$5 Concession Coupon" from designated exhibitors. Coupon holders may make purchase at designated booths displaying $5 coupon signs and redeem one coupon with each purchase invoice of over $50. Coupon offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.

Besides "Concession Coupons", morning visitors may also be given an "Endless Scratching Fun" Game Card. After erasing the appropriate silvery spot on the Card the holder may approach the stall of a designated exhibitor to collect a gift therefrom. All gifts are sponsored by exhibitors. Game card offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.

Visitors who do not want to carry home the bulky purchases themselves may elect to use the Speed Delivery Service which delivers books to designated address on your behalf, thus allowing more shopping fun. This Service is provided by the Hong Kong Post with its stall at Room G107 (next to Hall 1C entrance).

On July 24th and 25th, the Hong Kong Book Fair will open till 12 midnight. Starting from 10pm, two special routes comprising 105R to Mei Foo and 111R to Kwun Tong will provide service. The frequency of Routes 105R and 111R will be 10/15 minutes. Please refer to the diagram for details.

Star Ferry will also extend the operating hours of the ferry service route (Wan Chai - TST) on July 24th and 25th. Wan Chai to TST from 11 pm to 11.30 pm and TST to Wan Chai from 10.50 pm to 11.30 pm on 24 and 25 July. The headway from 8pm onwards will be enhanced to 8-12 mins.

If you feel tired while visitng the fair, you can take a short rest at the Book Café (locates at Expo Drive Entrace and Grand Foyer) and the Food Court (locates at Grand Hall) before continuing with your journey.
